Background
Our customer from Fujian, China, is a high-quality cullet recycling and supplier in East China. Their demand for sorting focus on flat glass, tempered glass and automotive glass. The cullet is provided to some well-known domestic glass manufacturing companies after manual selection. However, effectively screening of different types of glass while meeting market’s higher demand and ensuring the quality of recycled cullet will inevitably leads to the increase of personnel costs and risks, and the customer's existing equipment capacity cannot meet this demand.
Based on the challenges listed above, our client seeks to rebuild their production line, with a fixed budget. They require the sorting equipment in the new production line to operate 24/7, achieving a daily output of 720~960 tons per day, while maintaining high-quality recycling cullet that meets market demands.

Based on our client’s on-site needs and budget we offer several solutions, and they finally choose our unique turnkey project solution, under which they only need to provide the side and we would handle all other jobs – from design to construction, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation.
Suibo has developed a suitable production line process for customers and equipped with relevant process equipment, using the "2+1" method, with two front-end equipment to ensure the production capacity reaches 30t/h, and one back-end equipment to handle the materials brought out from the front end, sorting, recycling, and reducing glass loss.
Due to limited client costs, only three glass sorting machines can be equipped, with a maximum production capacity of 30t/h. Suibo actively adjusts the plan and designed a structure in the production line that turns the crusher to the manual selection channel. When the output reaches 40t/h, materials >50mm will be turned to the manual selection channel to meet the customer's production needs.
Implementation
Suibo completed construction of the production line in approximately 90 days, including equipment debugging and trial production. Throughout operation, the equipment consistently achieved over 90% efficiency, with the production line maintaining a stable capacity of 30~40 tons per hour, under which output and quality meets expected standards.
Following handover to the customer, personnel received comprehensive training and guidance on the operation, usage and maintenance of the production line equipment, culminating in the successful acceptance of the production line.
Through ongoing communication and collaboration between Suibo and our client, the delivered production line meets their production needs and operates stably 24/7, effectively achieving automated production. The equipment efficiently sorts materials that cannot be handled manually, enhancing our client’s economic benefits and promoting greater material resource recycling.
